About the Role

As a Permanent Placement Consultant (UK Desk), you'll recruit niche and in-demand talent for UK clients. You'll manage both client and candidate relationships end-to-end, positioning yourself as a specialist in your assigned vertical.

What You'll Do

• Develop UK client relationships and secure new job orders
• Source, assess, and manage top-tier candidates across the UK market
• Present high-calibre, placeable candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle-from prospecting to placement
• Collaborate with the local leadership team to build a world-class Cape Town delivery hub

What You Bring

• 1+ year B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C)
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• High energy, urgency, and resilience
• A passion for recruitment, people, and creating meaningful impact

Remuneration
