About the position

As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle-from business development and client engagement through to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement support. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative, solutions-based approach.
• Take detailed job briefs and create compelling job advertisements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search.
• Manage the interview process and negotiate offers through to successful placement.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Related administration.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Remote working setup with reliable WiFi is essential.
