- Proven experience in recruitment research or talent sourcing, preferably within a recruitment agency or similar environment.
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent research skills and ability to dig deep to uncover hidden talent pools.
- Deadline-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
