About the position
Established Recruitment Company is looking for enthusiastic recruiter with the ability to carry out the full permanent recruitment function.
Responsibilities will include client interaction from initial spec, recruitment process, package negotiation. placement, invoicing and follow up with the client and candidate. On arrival you will be given a list of previously active client, some current job specs to work with other consultants on a shared placement basis and daily interaction with an experienced consultant.
Excellent people skills and interactive team player with desire to provide the best available service to out Clients and Candidates, is essential.
Packages are negotiable Western Cape based and available in proximity to the office in Bloubergrandt.
We are involved in permanent recruitment sales and not hourly paid temp roles
