About The Employer:
Your one to two years experience as a Recruiter will secure you an interview. We are a smaller, but very dynamic team that works hard, but have fun while doing it. The commission that accompanies the input, obviously makes it worth it as well :)
We are not your traditional agency with rigid rules and huge targets. As owner I prefer to rather set realistic goals and targets that will motivate the team.
This is not a senior role, but you will work very independently securing your own clients, job specs and candidates. Further training and guidance will be provided to grow you into the rock star you deserve to be!
