About the position
We're looking for a sharp, AI-savvy, and thick-skinned PA / Recruitment Intern to work directly with a Recruitment Specialist and support our full team. If you're tech-forward, a fast learner, and not easily offended, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-powered tools to assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Help manage calendars, interviews, and day-to-day admin
- Communicate with clients and candidates via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Keep the team organized and running smoothly
- Support the recruitment process end-to-end and jump in where needed
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (any field - business, HR, tech, or psychology is a plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing software, automation tools)
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, quick on the uptake, and resourceful
- Thick-skinned and adaptable - the environment is high-energy and no-filter
- Must live near Fourways and be available to work in-office as needed
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment business
