About the position

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our busy team of 3 recruiters. If you thrive on efficiency and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and internal databases

  • Format CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication

  • Track candidate progress across various roles

  • Post job ads on multiple platforms

Payroll & Compliance

  • Cross-check timesheets and placement information with payroll records

  • Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets

  • Keep compliance documentation accurate and current (e.g., contracts, background checks)

Administrative Support

  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks

  • Follow up with candidates for outstanding documents

  • Assist with onboarding (reference checks, documentation)

  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years in a similar admin role (recruitment or HR preferred)

  • Strong Excel and document management skills

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities

Personality & Fit

  • Reliable, accountable, and detail-focused

  • Works well with confidential information

  • Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced setting

  • Collaborative and team-oriented
