About the position

Purpose of the Role:We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our busy team of 3 recruiters. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by owning administrative tasks, managing payroll spreadsheets, and helping streamline the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and internal databases
  • Format CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication
  • Track candidate stages across various roles
  • Post job advertisements on multiple platforms
Payroll & Compliance

  • Cross-check timesheets and placement information against payroll records
  • Update and maintain payroll spreadsheets
  • Maintain compliance documentation (e.g., signed contracts, background checks)
Administrative Support

  • Manage recruitment admin tasks
  • Follow up with candidates for outstanding documents
  • Assist with onboarding tasks (e.g., reference checks, document collection)
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years in a similar admin role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
