About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic recruitment team. This role is perfect for someone with administrative experience in the recruitment industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling candidate documentation, CV formatting, and general admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
? CV Formatting & Document Preparation: Type and format CVs and candidate profiles to ensure they are professionally presented for clients.
? Candidate Information Management: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate candidate records, certifications, and compliance documents.
? Recruitment Pack Coordination: Prepare candidate submission packs, including CVs, reference checks, and supporting documents.
? General Administration: Handle email correspondence, data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
? Interview Coordination: Assist with interview scheduling, sending confirmations, and ensuring candidates receive necessary information.
? Database & System Management: Maintain and update recruitment software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and CRM platforms.
? Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate records and recruitment processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
?? Recruitment Industry Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment agency or talent acquisition team is essential.
?? Strong Administrative Skills: Ability to handle high volumes of data, documents, and CVs efficiently.
?? Excellent Typing & Formatting Abilities: Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail in CV formatting.
?? Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
?? Tech-Savvy: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ATS systems, and CRM platforms.
?? Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with candidates, clients, and recruiters.
?? Proactive & Team-Oriented: A problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys supporting a recruitment team.
