Job Title: Recruiter Job Grade: T.B.A.
Reporting: Area Manager Location: Springfield
Purpose of Position
- Sourcing of Candidates to build and maintain a database of suitable Associates for competent Client placement.
- Database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
- Interviewing candidates during various hiring Stages including phone interviews.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Advertising job openings.
2. Client and Associate Liaison
3. Identifying current and future hiring needs.
4. Providing excellent client service.
5. Compliance with Company Procedures and Processes, Policies & Legislation
6. Meeting Deadlines
Required Competency
1. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting within the Blue Collar Industry.
2. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases.
3. God knowledge of Labour legislation
4. Working knowledge of BCOE,WCA/IOD , Health and Safety ,Benefits and Bargaining Councils
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill
6. Required Competency Professional communications, Positive Attitude, Empathy Self-Motivated, High Level of energy.
7. Attention to details

Main Activities
1. Effective Associate Recruitment:
2.Source and interview “walk in” Candidates.
3.Liaise with branch colleagues regarding suitably competent Candidates for Database recording.
4. Associate Liaison: Manage and direct communication on behalf of the branch.
5. Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
6. Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites
7. Screen resumes and applications update and updates candidates on hiring processes.
8. Build and maintain database of suitable candidates.
9. Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second –round interviews
10. Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
