Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing top-quality candidates for temporary, contract and permanent placements
- Interviewing candidates and compiling professional CVs
- Conducting reference, credit, criminal, and qualification checks
- Advertising jobs on multiple platforms and managing ad responses
- Keeping the database updated with candidates and job specs
- General admin duties, including record-keeping for temp and contract staff
- Communicating with clients and candidates professionally and promptly
- Providing after-hours assistance for urgent temp bookings (when needed)
- Processing and checking weekly wages for temps
- Assisting with telemarketing and client visits to help grow our client base (later stage)
Minimum Requirements
- Matric is essential
- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR
- 1 year admin support experience (non-negotiable)
- Sales or telemarketing experience (advantageous)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Tech-savvy, confident with online platforms and databases
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
