Job Title: 360° Recruiter x 2
Location: Bryanston, Gauteng (4 days in the office)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Lucrative Commission Structure

What You'll Be Doing:
As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Sourcing & Networking: Proactively identify and attract the best talent through various channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and your own network.
• Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their recruitment needs, and become a trusted advisor.
• Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and match candidates to the right roles, ensuring a great fit for both the client and the candidate.
• End-to-End Process: Handle everything from client meetings to negotiations and closing deals, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
• Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed both individual and team targets while maximizing your commission potential.

• 360° Recruitment Experience: You have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, and you know how to close a deal.
