Recovery Agent (VAF)

About the position

We are looking for an experienced Recovery Agent who has worked on vehicle and asset recovery portfolios.
Minimum Requirements
·        Matric
·        Two years minimum experience collecting for Banks. (Vehicle asset)
·        Excalibur program experience
·        Willingness to work overtime.
 
Experience Required
·        Experience Collecting on Vehicle Asset portfolios.
·        Preference will be given to those with experience on the CACS system.
·        Experience on post write-off/off balance/shortfall accounts will be advantageous.
·        Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
·        Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialler.

Skills Required
·        Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
·        Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills (for purposes of making proper notes and communicating with debtors).
·        Able to work under pressure.
·        Work with strict deadlines.
