About the position

Well-established company in the Western Cape is seeking a Receptionist.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant degree will be advantageous
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Well-spoken and fluent in English
  • Switchboard experience
  • Must be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

Duties will include:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival to the premises
  • Answering and managing customer calls and enquiries with professionalism
  • Transferring calls to appropriate staff members in accordance with client needs
  • Organizing and filing incoming mail, invoices and delivery documents
  • Taking messages and ensuring timely delivery to the relevant personnel when unavailable
  • Overseeing the scheduling and availability of conference rooms
  • Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
