About the position

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client's team in Knysna.
The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, presentable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • 1-2 years of reception or general administrative experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

  • Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
