Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general administration
- Coordinate meetings and office requirements
- Assist with day-to-day office support and team administration
- Maintain a polished and organised front-of-house environment
Requirements
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Previous reception, administration, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative business environment
Education
- Matric required
- Additional administrative or business-related training advantageous

Salary
- The proposed salary for the role is R10k per month - the final offer can be marginally negotiable based on qualifications, experience and skills.
