About the position
Receptionist / Administrator – Durban South
We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to join our team based in the Durban South area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role
- Experience operating a switchboard and handling incoming calls
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Trustworthy, dependable, and professional
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reside in or near the Durban South.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls via the switchboard
- Greeting visitors and clients professionally
- Managing reception duties and general office administration
- Filing, data capturing, and document management
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:30
