About the position
A well-established company based in the West Rand is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist living with a disability.
Requirements:
- Must be a person living with a disability
- 2–5 years’ experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Computer literate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, professional and presentable
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and clients professionally
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- General reception and front desk duties
- Assisting with administrative support and office coordination
- Maintaining filing systems and basic recordkeeping
