What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of the reception area, ensuring it is always professional, welcoming and well maintained. You'll manage the switchboard, greet visitors and coordinate the flow of clients and guests through the office. You'll assist with boardroom bookings, manage stationery and office supplies, coordinate couriers, and ensure clients are looked after while visiting the office. You'll also liaise with internal teams, cleaning staff and service providers to keep the office environment running smoothly. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a well-established financial services firm with a discerning client base. Known for its high professional standards and client-first approach, the organisation has built a strong reputation in the market. You will be office based Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. What you'll need You'll need a Matric qualification with at least 3 years' experience in a reception and switchboard role within a professional office environment, ideally within financial services. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) are essential, with SharePoint experience being advantageous. You'll also bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine client-service mindset.
