Qualification in OFFICE ADMINISTRATION or
   equivalent an advantage
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Prepared to work Overtime, if and when
   required
Standby, if and when required
Front Desk Management - Manage Switchboard
Welcome Visitors - Well Presentable and Spoken

Perform Basic Credit Control duties including:
  Account & Cash Invoices
  Credit Notes
  Monthly recons of Petty Cash
  General Management of Accounts
* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
