About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Receptionist to provide an exceptional front desk experience to all guests, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reservations, and a welcoming atmosphere aligned with 5-star service standards.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest reservations efficiently using the Benson system.
  
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  
• Uphold 5-star service standards in all interactions, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and reporting.
  
• Support hotel safety and security procedures.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a receptionist or front office role in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.
  
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional guest service.
  
• Proficiency with the Benson system and general hotel management software.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  
• Warm, approachable, and highly service-oriented personality.
