About the position

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking on behalf of our client a professional and approachable Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. In this role, they will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and an efficient front desk experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Manage client queries and ensure needs are understood and addressed.
  
• Notify staff of visitor arrivals and manage inquiries.
  
• Operate telecommunication systems as per company procedures.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area.
  
• Provide general administrative support as directed by the HR Manager.
  

Requirements

• Grade 12. 
  
• 2 years’ experience as Receptionist or similar role.
  
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, familiar with office equipment.
  
• Strong communication (written & verbal).
  
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  
• Excellent organizational, multitasking & time management skills.
  
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
