Receptionist (Aesthetics Centre)

A busy aesthetics clinic in Linden, Johannesburg is looking for a well-presented, reliable front-of-house receptionist to manage client interactions and daily operations. This role suits someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working with people, and can keep a small but busy clinic running smoothly day to day.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for all clients (calls, WhatsApp/messages, walk-ins)
• Manage appointment bookings via iPad/online system and physical booking diary
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date scheduling at all times
• Maintain a neat, welcoming reception area representing the business professionally
• Assist with light weekly cleaning (floors, bathroom, kitchen tidying, dishes)
• Support smooth daily clinic operations and client flow

Requirements

• Neat appearance – must represent the business professionally
• Strong spoken English (Afrikaans an advantage)
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and consistent work ethic
• Own reliable transport to and from work
• Basic digital literacy (iPad, smartphone, booking systems)
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately

Working Hours

• Tuesday – Friday: 08:15 – 17:00
• Saturday: 08:15 – 13:00
• Monday: Remote (from home) – respond to calls, messages, and assist with bookings

Salary

• R7,000 per month
