Receptionist (3-Month Contract)

Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Employ Africa is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization and play a key role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
