Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 5 years’ debt recovery experience on bank products.
- AJS collections program experience.
Experience Required
- Self-motivated.
- Target driven.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to handle difficult clients/debtors.
- Speak or understand Afrikaans.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Hard working.
Willing to work overtime on Saturdays and/or during the week.
