The role is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the fixed and mobile plant. The fixed plant includes the primary crushing, conveying and stockpiling section as well as the 2 aggregate plants and support infrastructure. The mobile plant includes responsibility for the mining fleet. The role requires managing an engineering maintenance team as well as minor improvement projects. The incumbent will be responsible for OPEX and CAPEX budget management and performance management of the engineering team. This role requires a degree in Mining Engineering/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with experience in maintenance management as well as leading a maintenance team. This is a senior position reporting to the Quarry Manager.
