About the position
Our client, a reputable Property Developer, requires a technically strong Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to take responsibility for commercial control, contract administration, and cost certainty across construction projects, while also supporting overall project delivery and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and feasibility studies
- Lead procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contract preparation
- Manage valuations, progress claims, variations, and final accounts
- Maintain strict cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Support project scheduling and delivery coordination
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams on cost matters
- Monitor project risks, cost implications, and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial and project reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5 - 8 years' experience in QS and/or commercial construction roles
- Strong background in contract administration and cost control
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary project environments in the property sector
- Good understanding of project delivery processes
- Proficient in MS Office and cost management systems
