About the role
This role entails significant responsibilities, supporting major property developments with a focus on all aspects of quantity surveying. It involves working across various industry sectors from Stage 1 to Stage 6.
Qualifications and experience
ü BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying
ü 3 to 5 years or more experience
ü Proficiency in WinQs and DimX
Key responsibilities
ü Overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying
ü Compiling project estimates with detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
ü Measuring and taking-off drawings as required
ü Leading engagements with Clients and Consultants throughout all project stages
ü Ensuring material estimates are prepared and production budgets are drafted
ü Advising on cost and contractual requirements and preparing contract documents
ü Preparing claims and submitting invoices
ü Leading the Cost Management Team and ensuring successful delivery
ü Compiling monthly cost reports
ü Ensuring Final Accounts are prepared and approved
ü Managing contracts on a national level
