Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor eager to work on high-profile, technically complex projects?
Our client, a leading M&E contractor, specialises in delivering cutting-edge solutions for industrial facilities, data centres, and advanced manufacturing environments. Due to continued growth and a substantial project pipeline, they are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review contract and tender documents, including the BOQ, specialising in MEP.
- Prepare and report on Cost Plans monthly, following Commercial SOP.
- Procure key supplier and subcontractor packages per SOP guidelines.
- Submit Monthly Interim Valuations, Variations, and subcontract documents to clients.
- Issue Main Contract Documents for upper-level review.
- Track labour hours and highlight potential issues using the Donseed system.
- Audit sub-contractor payment applications and variations monthly, aligning with the ERP system and SOP.
- Monitor Site Programmes for delays or disruptions.
- Attend internal and external commercial meetings as needed.
- Respond to correspondence to uphold the company's contractual position.
- Maintain document management in line with Commercial SOP and filing guidelines.

Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 6 years QS or other relevant experience in M&E, construction
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor on mechanical and electrical projects within industrial, data centre, or advanced manufacturing sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and services
- Commercially and contractually astute with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance project environment
