About the position

A dynamic construction company based in Pretoria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control
• Conduct site measurements and progress valuations
• Assist with tender submissions and procurement
• Prepare and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Handle monthly payment certificates and final accounts
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients

Requirements:

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 2-4 years' experience working on a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, corporate, residential, and industrial developments
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
