Quantity Surveyor

About the position

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a solid consulting background and a passion for delivering high-quality building projects? A well-established consultancy in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic QS to join their team and contribute to a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services on building projects
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documentation, and progress claims
• Monitor project budgets and manage variations and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion

What They're Looking For:

• BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a consulting (PQS) environment
• Strong background in building construction projects
• Proficiency in WinQS, DimensionX, or similar software
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional registration with SACQSP (or in progress)
