About the position

Quantity Surveyor required for a well-established company based in Gauteng.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification
3 years experience in a quantity surveyor role
Construction experience 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare cost and contract reports.
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality standards and OHS regulations.
• Ensure adherence to QS policies and industry best practices.
• Interpret contract agreements and compile tenders.
• Support construction planning, contract administration, and procurement.
• Develop cash flow projections.
• Oversee the financial and commercial management of contracts.
• Manage subcontractor financials.
• Supervise and mentor QS staff.
