About the position

• Inspect working environment specific to quality, procedures, and processes.
• Control all aspects of the Quality Management System and inspections.
• Manufacturing Inspection and Quality Checks.
• Hold point control in the various departments.
• Ensure the correctness of materials to be used as per the drawings.
• Check the dimensions of jigs, moulds and equipment for wear.
• Inspection of welding preparation, penetration, final dimensions, and final preparations.
• Inspection of dry film treatment process.
• Inspection of assembly of equipment.
• Involved in functionality testing of equipment as per specifications and of high quality.
• Enforcing Quality processes and procedures.
• Measuring performance and quality of products as per ISO 9001:2015.
• Reporting and documenting results and performances of equipment.
• Guiding employees to improve on processes and quality of workmanship.
• Reporting, documenting and issuing out Non-Conformances for equipment and material which has failed quality approvals.
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
• Accomplishing quality assurance objectives by communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising and enforcing policies, procedures and processes.
• Conducting non-destructive testing on crucial points of equipment.
• Testing of dry film treatment.
• Any other task that is required from management.
