About the position
A quality-focused opportunity in the Midlands for an experienced healthcare professional to oversee health, safety, risk, and compliance processes within a private hospital environment, ensuring high operational and clinical standards are maintained throughout the facility.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Alternatively, a diploma in Safety/Quality Management, coupled with 5+ years of private healthcare experience, in a similar role.
- 3+ years of practical experience, leading or supervising quality, safety, health, and environmental matters, within a private healthcare environment.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience is advantageous.
- SANC registration required for nursing applicants.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, risk management, incident management, and continuous improvement processes.
- Experience working with incident reporting systems, audits, and data analysis.
- Strong report writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Computer proficiency.
