Job Description:
The Quality Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of work in our projects, from construction and manufacturing to engineering. Meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to delivering work that meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to monitor and control all phases of project work, including inspections, testing, and audits.

• Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of materials, processes, and final products to verify compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.

• Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.

• Collaboration:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues and make recommendations for process improvements.

• Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all work complies with safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Training:

Provide training and guidance to project teams to ensure an understanding of and adherence to quality control procedures and standards.

• Problem Solving:

Identify and address quality-related issues or challenges, implementing effective solutions to meet quality goals.

• Quality Reporting:

Prepare and distribute regular quality reports to senior management, project stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Quality Controller, Quality Assurance Specialist, or similar role, with a strong background in quality control and quality assurance.
• Relevant certification or training in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and quality control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and clients.
• Problem-solving skills and a firm commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
