What You'll Do:
As our Quality Control Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our quality processes, responsible for:
- Mastering Documentation: Expertly manage and maintain all critical quality control documents, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records.
- Data Driven: Accurately input and update vital quality data, ensuring precision in every detail.
- Reporting Excellence: Prepare insightful quality reports for management, offering a clear view of our high standards.
- Process Coordination: Help track and follow up on quality issues (CAPA) and coordinate crucial inspections, audits, and equipment calibrations.
- Information Hub: Ensure all quality records are perfectly organized, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies.
- Team Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the Quality Control team, keeping operations smooth and efficient.

- Proven Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or data management role, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or quality-focused setting.
