About the position
Quality Control Admin Clerk
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- At least 1-3 years eperience
- Must have manufacturing/FMCG background
- Effective Communication and team work skills
- Data Management experience (advantagous)
- Computer literate (Excel and Word)
- Well presented and well spoken
- English as proficiency - speak, write and read
- Decision making, problem solving, time managent and organizing skills
- Be able to maintain a multi-task focus
- Be a quick learner and have attention to detail
- Reporting and data management skills
JOB SPECIFICATION:
The successful candidate will be responsible to perform the following functions:
- Capturing and maintaining accurate records of received data
- Generating reports based on the data
- Identifying trends that may impact Calgan's quality
- Managing office equipment
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems via daily Filing and General admin
- Ensuring data integrity
- Performing general administrative tasks
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
The successful candidate will need to below knowledge to perform the following functions:
- Software Proficiency - Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of quality control processes
- Familiarity with generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends
