Organised, detail-driven, and assertive! You're a licensed Pharmacist who thrives on structure, quality systems, and compliance. You're someone who values integrity, collaboration, and has a passion for delivering safe and compliant healthcare products. With a knack for problem-solving and a strong investigative mindset, you're ready to take ownership and drive continuous improvement within quality systems.
You'll take the reins of the company's Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and food safety standards (BRC). From product and supplier compliance to managing audits and staff, you'll oversee the entire QA process. You'll also ensure SAHPRA compliance under Act 101 and Act 36, and authorise release decisions for raw materials and products. Your role will also include collaborating cross-functionally to uphold standards and proactively support the wider business.

With an impressive international supplier list and a diverse, stable client base they are on a rapid path for growth. They're always looking at ways to diversify their product offering and this role is a direct response to that. Their team is young and the office is based in Rivonia.
You'll need a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree and a licence to practise as a Pharmacist in South Africa. A background in ISO9001, BRCGS, HACCP, or related frameworks is essential, with 2-4 years in a similar role. Your auditing experience, familiarity with SAHPRA regulations, and technical understanding of pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food compliance will set you up for success. German language skills and SAP experience are advantageous.
