About the position
Our client within the metal manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced quality administrator. Candidates are required to have a completed diploma/degree in quality management, business admin or related field. One should have proven experience in a quality administration role or document control role.
Candidates will be responsible for the support of the quality department in maintaining, monitoring and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- A strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - honesty is key.
- Coordinate customer complaints resolution.
