Quality Administrator at Jive Plastics (Pty) Ltd

About the position

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General Administration duties
• Capturing all Lab tests and results on COA's
• Updating food/health and safety manual
• Assist Quality controllers daily

The Requirements for this position are:

• Grade 12
• Qualification in Food Safety (an advantage)
• Plastic Manufacturing experience (an advantage)
• Laboratory work experience (an advantage)
• Pastel (an advantage)
• Must have experience conducting quality control and auditing duties
• Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration and accuracy skills
• Clear Criminal records
• Non - Smoker

Soft Skills required for this position is:

• Strong mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
• Assertive
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Desired Skills:

• Quality auditing
• Internal Auditing
• Documents Controlling

Desired Work Experience:

• 1 to 2 years Rubber & Plastic Manufacturing
• 1 to 2 years Quality Control

Desired Qualification Level:

• Grade 12 / Matric
