Our client is looking to employ a QM Officer based in Elsies River.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems/ Process and procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO GMO/ Quality Standards
• Creating and compiling documentation in accordance with a set standard.
• Leading and delivering training
• Sop Priority Schedule
• Monthly Report on SOP writing progress
• Training material and assessment creation
• Ensuring that staff are trained in company processes and procedures
• Writing reports.
• Managing a filing system
• Create and Maintain an Internal Audit GMP Schedule
• Monthly Report on Internal Auditing
• Create and maintain an Internal Auditing GMP Schedule

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Appropriate degree or Diploma at NQF 7 level (Preferably)
• Professional qualification or additional certifications or professional affiliation an added benefit
• 2 - 3 years' experience implementing and maintaining GMP / ISO 9001 standards in manufacturing/ Personal Care/ Food/Pharmaceutical environment
• Computer literate on Word, Excel, PowerPoint
