Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with strong experience in both manual and automated software testing. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for validating the functionality, usability, and performance of our software solutions. This role is critical in maintaining software quality and ensuring that our systems align with business and client expectations. You'll be part of a collaborative team working closely with developers, analysts, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory, usability, functional, and regression testing across multiple environments.
• Run regression testing after software updates to ensure stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and report findings to the Test Lead Analyst.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Test Café (TypeScript).
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet client and user needs.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure alignment with user expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation (including SOPs).
  Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in software testing; ISTQB is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
• Hands-on experience with:
  o
  Manual and automated testing
  o
  Functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
  o
  Web and mobile application testing
  o
  GUI, back-end, and UAT testing
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining test cases and test scripts using Test Café (TypeScript).
• Experience in SQL for data validation and back-end verification.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with software development languages such as Java, C#, .NET, and Clarion.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of agricultural systems or traceability software is a plus.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Experience integrating QA processes into DevOps pipelines.
