QA Lead - SvW

About the position

Requirements:



The primary purpose of this role is to lead test implementation in strict accordance with established Quality Assurance (QA) principles and standards. The successful candidate will manage product risk and inter-dependencies across the entire Product Life Cycle. You will drive alignment across Business Analysis, Development, QA, and Environment streams to maximize efficiency across the delivery stack while fostering a healthy, effective team dynamic.



 



Key Responsibilities

• Test Leadership: Guide the test implementation strategy and ensure compliance with QA principles.


• Stream Alignment: Bridge gaps between BA, Development, and Environment teams to optimize end-to-end testing.


• Automation Engineering: Use established automation frameworks and tools to design, develop, and implement highly reusable automated test assets.


• Architecture Inspection: Analyze and inspect technical solutions to verify overall software architectural quality.


• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies within the delivery pipeline.

Minimum Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Solid experience required in a QA lead role.


• Automation Frameworks: Strong working knowledge of Front End and API automation.


• Performance Testing: Non-Functional Testing (NFT) experience.


• Testing Tools: Hands-on proficiency with Selenium, Appium, Healenium, RestAssured, and JMeter.


• Agile Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile Concepts and proficient execution in Agile Development environments.


• Standards & Procedures: Mastery of automation standards, data quality assurance, and formal testing principles.


• Development Concepts: Strong foundational knowledge of Data Science and Object-Orientation practices for developers.
