Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's annual overseas sales plan for photovoltaic inverters, batteries, modules, and related products.
- Manage product distribution, cultivate key customer relationships, and oversee all aspects of the sales process including quotations, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection.
- Play a pivotal role in introducing and promoting new products to the market, organizing sales activities, and ensuring successful product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry policies, competitor activities, and market trends both domestically and internationally, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
- Execute various work plans issued by company leadership, meeting set targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to build and lead an effective overseas sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer development goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in photovoltaic business development, with a strong emphasis on sales of inverters and batteries. Established relationships with distributors and installers preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the South African market and pricing dynamics, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, management abilities, and negotiation prowess.
- Flexibility to travel frequently for business purposes and possess a valid driver's license.
