As the PV Manager, you'll spearhead all solar PV operations activities, from project engineering to asset management. What you'll need
To excel in this role, you'll need a degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with at least 5 years' experience in the PV industry and 2 years' experience in PV O&M. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Afrikaans or French considered a plus. Your technical skills should include expertise in solar PV plant performance monitoring, EPC/O&M contract management, and proficiency in PV simulation programs and reporting tools. Additionally, strong soft skills such as client-facing communication, decision-making, and leadership capabilities are essential to succeed in this role.
