About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic Purchasing Department in Brits. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating purchasing activities, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and ensuring smooth operational flow between departments. Key Responsibilities Job Requirements Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Financial Accounting (essential). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a finance (reconciliation and queries) or purchasing environment. Technical Skills: Fully proficient in MS Excel (including pie charts and data analysis) - non-negotiable. Knowledge of a Purchasing System, ident number creation, and price updating functions is an advantage. Additional Knowledge: Exposure to budgets and planning activities. Understanding of B-BBEE requirements and documentation (advantageous). Other Requirements: Attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Team player who can perform under pressure.
