About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- To focus on diagnosing and treating mental, emotional and behaviour problems.
- To develop treatment plans and provide cousenling.
- Regularly meet with affected employees to help them cope with problems and practically adjust habits or behaviour through psychotherapy.
- Advise human capital on emerging challenges and reccomendations.
Desired Skills:
- Good capacity to communicate clearly and effectively
- Good analytical ability and high sense of discretion
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer and report writing skills
