About the position

Are you a seasoned leader in insurance, financial services, or business development with a proven track record of driving growth at a provincial or regional level? This is your chance to step into a strategic leadership role where you'll shape and grow operations in the Western Cape.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Lead the provincial sales and marketing strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and partners.
  • Drive business development, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence while meeting financial sustainability goals.
  • Deliver on a development impact mandate, supporting agricultural and community initiatives.

We are looking for a results-driven, people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree or relevant insurance qualification.
  • Eligibility to operate as a FAIS Representative.
  • 10+ years' business development experience, with strong exposure to operations, stakeholder engagement, and sales leadership.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and customer service orientation.
  • The ability to travel extensively across the province.
