Proposal Manager

About the position

Job Purpose
The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the process of compiling sales proposals and presentations to the required quality and within deadlines for Transaction Banking Sales teams. The role involves coordinating and producing proposal responses while assembling a proposal team with the relevant service, product, or business knowledge required to win opportunities. The Proposal Manager introduces and implements all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Diploma (specific field preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related)
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Project Management, Proposal Management)
Other Certifications / Memberships: Optional, but relevant certifications in project management or proposal management are advantageous

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in transactional products, services, or project management
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver compliant proposals in a complex business environment
• Experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating review meetings, coordinating governance and sign-off, producing documents, and delivering final proposals
