Property Manager
East London
Salary inclusive of Provident Fund.
A company Vehicle or Fuel Card will be made available.
Preference to male applicants due to excessive traveling, and traveling to places such as Qumbu, Mthatha and Njoli. Contactable refences will be required. This is a new position, to assist and report to the existing Group Property and Hospitality Manager and to achieve the highest possible yield from the property portfolio by maintaining high occupancies, market related rentals and minimizing expenses.
Must have a Matric + relevant Degree or Diploma advantageous with a minimum 10 years' experience in the property environment coupled with a minimum 5 years' experience in a property management role. Knowledge of leasing and network of retail and commercial tenants, on a national and regional scale. Will maintain high occupancy levels for all properties and provide excellent customer service at all times. Ensure all properties are maintained to acceptable standards by contracting for maintenance services (where applicable) and landscaping services, planning renovations, and supervising all repairs and work done amongst other duties which will be shared when shortlisted for the position.
